Baked, Marinated Yellow Fin TunaIngredients 2 lb fresh tuna Combine vermouth, juice, rosemary, onion, celery, bay leaf, parsley in a bowl, Add the tuna. Marinate the tuna for 5-6 hr. Put the tuna in a casserole dish, add marinade, salt & pepper. Bake 400 degrees F. covered 35 min. until tuna is flaky. In skillet melt butter, stir in flour, cook 2 min. Pour of liquid from casserole to pan. Cook 5 min. Pour over the tuna fish. Serve immediately.
