Grilled Snapper with Spicy SalsaIngredients 2 lbs. Snapper Saute´ above ingredients in butter until peppers are tender. Keep warm while you are grilling the snapper. Coat your snapper with melted butter and a good Cajun Seasoning. Cook snapper on a hot grill turning once.
