Italian Grilled Sea BassIngredients 1/2 cup olive oil Combine first 9 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process 30 seconds. Add vinegar and lemon juice; process an additonal 30 seconds. Set olive oil mixture aside. Rinse bass fillets and pat dry. Place in a lightly greased wire grilling basket. Grill over hot coals 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste frequently with olive oil mixture. 6 servings.
