• self-rising flour, approximately 2 c.

• 1 can beer

Exotic Permit

Prepare the dolphin by cutting into small pieces, about 2-inches long and 1-inch wide. Place the self-rising flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to suit your individual taste buds. Add enough beer to produce a thick creamy consistency. Dip the dolphin in the batter; roll it in the Italian bread crumbs and drop into the deep fryer, cooking until golden brown.
