Halibut in Dijonnaise Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 halibut fillets
• 8 oz. baby shrimp
• 4 oz. artichoke hearts, marinated
• 4 tbsp. Dijonnaise Sauce
• 8 slices Havarti cheese

Sauce:

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tsp. country style Dijon mustard
• Dash of lemon juice
• Salt and pepper

Place halibut fillets in baking pan. Cover with shrimp, artichokes and cover with Dijonnaise Sauce. Top with Havarati cheese on each halibut fillet. Bake preheated oven 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until halibut is firm and cheese is lightly browned. Each may be baked individually in separate dishes. Drain excess liquids before serving
