Catfish Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients

• catfish fillets
• flour
• egg
• milk
• bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil

We have used these tasty morsels as catfish nuggets ala oven-fried fish fillets. Simply dip in your choice of breading (flour - egg/milk - bread crumbs) with your choice of seasoning. Then, place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and drizzle about 1/4 cup of vegetable oil over the catfish. Cook for only 10-12 minutes in 500 degree oven or 15-18 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
