
Italian Permit
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. Permit (about 1/2-inch thick), skin and bone removed
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Place fillets, skin side down, on grill surface coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasoning and close grill lid. Remove after fish flakes when poked with fork
